When to use this

  • A Blue Edge technician has asked you to download it.
  • You’ve called 859-888-2041 or emailed [email protected], and we’ve agreed a remote session is the quickest fix.

Please only run this tool when you’re working with our team. We’ll never contact you out of the blue and ask for remote access.
